2020 started strong and promising. I entered the year with many goals in mind and a whopping list of things I wanted to accomplish. My energy and motivation were high, and I was determined to complete everything on my list and make the year amazing while doing it. Like many people, my life went into complete chaos that continued with a series of ups and downs with the pandemic reshaping my life. Not only did COVID-19 reshape my life, but the pandemic also shattered my way of living, my relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and industry professionals. If that was not bad enough, my already fragile mental state (not depressed, but not happy either) took a hard hit. I felt alone and lost. While I have accepted this new normal, this change has been anything but easy. Honestly, it has been downright tough. However, as I reflect on the last 12 months, I am reminded that none of us are, promised tomorrow, and all I have (all that any of us has) is family, friends, faith, and health. So, I go into 2021 with a promise to myself and all of you, I am going to Pray, Plan, and Love (not in that exact order).
Hey, I want you to join me in my 2021 mantra of Pray, Plan, and Love! So, let us begin every day with a prayer/mediation to prepare my mind for the day’s interactions. Find time to exercise more and loving ourselves more. Self-care is the best care we can give ourselves during this time of social distancing. I don't know about you, but when I feel great, I can PLAN great. Remember, you only get one mind, one body, and one life. Do whatever it takes to make it last and be the best it can be. Pray, Plan, and Love!
As I embrace 2021, I am excited about the future and all that it can be. And to make it just a bit more fun, I am adding some color to the mix. Every year Pantone® selects a primary color or two that influences industries like art galleries, architecture, fashion, beauty, home design, and many more. This year’s colors will encourage strength and hopefulness, and I am so inspired to incorporate Ultimate Gray and Illuminating Yellow into my personal life and business. Happy planning and welcome to a New Year.

Welcome
